Amazon Prime Now is a free 2-hour delivery service with an endless selection of everyday essentials. The ask was to introduce and raise awareness of the service in Nashville, and increase trial and adoption.

THE SOLUTION: Prime Now deliveries can be very telling of what someone’s up to, as most deliveries include items meant for a single experience. Familiar with the experiences Nashville commonly offers, a fully integrated campaign promoting Amazon Prime Now promised a 2-hour delivery of common items that a Nashville local or visitor might need. A 500-person rooftop party with live performances by local artists kicked off the campaign. All decorations, games and snacks at the event were delivered through Prime Now, immersing guests in a hands-on brand experience.

Amazon Prime Now presented a two-hour pop-up concert held on the rooftop of the iconic BMI Publishing building in Nashville, TN. With its 360-degree views of the Music City, it was an ideal location for a memorable event meant to create local buzz. Amazon Prime Now-themed decorations and giveaways reinforced the event’s main message.
